Houserules Swimfun Joure

In Swim&Sportfun you will experience a nice day out. To keep it appealing and safe for everyone, we have drawn up a number of house rules. We therefore ask everyone to take note of these rules and to comply with them. By purchasing an entry ticket and / or entering the property of Swim&Sportfun you are ought to comply to these rules. If, for whatever reason, you do not comply with these rules, this can lead to removal from our complex. The staff of Swim&Sportfun does everything to make your visit as pleasant as possible. This way we can provide a safe, fun and clean environment.

General House Rules Swim&Sportfun

Visitors to our accommodation are expected to adhere to the general house rules of Swimfun and the house rules which apply per accommodation section, see below. The General Terms and Conditions of Swim&Sportfun apply at all times.

Article 1         General

  • All instructions from the staff and / or instructions on signs and / or posters must always be followed by the visitor and / or user.
  • Swim&Sportfun and the employees of the accommodation can not be held accountable for missing or damaged goods, personal injury caused by third parties or theft of personal belongings.
  • The visitor and / or user of the accommodation is accountable for damage caused by his or her fault to employees of the accommodation, goods, buildings or other visitors.
  • One should take into account others, such as staff and visitors.
  • Lost items must be delivered to the cash register or the restaurant.
  • There is a smoking ban in and around the entire property, including e-smoker.
  • The use of drugs and / or excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted.
  • We do not serve alcohol to people under the age of 18.
  • There is a general prohibition on the carrying of striking and stabbing weapons, as well as other defense and attacking means.
  • The consumption of (brought) food is only permitted in the restaurant area and in the designated places in the swimming room. In the sports hall this is only allowed on the stands. In the pool, the changing rooms, the sauna and the steam cabins, consuming food is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed in the building. In certain cases, the access of a guide dog or care dog to the hallway of the accommodation is possible. The admission of a guide dog or care dog must be reported at the reception.
  • For your and our security we use a video registration system, retrieving the images is only possible with a claim from the police.
  • Any violation of our house rules or unauthorized behavior will result in denial of access to our accommodations.
  • In the event of too many visitors, the management reserves the right to change the opening hours or to close the complex completely or partially.
  • There is no refund of entrance fees for removal from the accommodation.

Article 2         Annoying behavior

  • Verbal and / or physical violence or other undesirable behavior will not be tolerated. The police are always informed of theft, pangs, sexual offense or fraud.
  • Repeatedly annoying or otherwise undesirable behavior leads to measures in accordance with the agreements in the Code of Conduct on Swimming.
  • Making photos and / or videos in and around the baths is only permitted with the permission of the photographed or filmed person. If there is doubt of intentions, instructions from the pool staff must be followed.
  • Photographing / filming in shower, toilet and changing rooms is not permitted.

Article 3         Entry ticket

  • Access to the pool area is only allowed after purchasing a valid entry ticket. This also applies to supervisors and / or guests who do not swim.
  • People under the age of 18 who are not in possession of a swimming diploma have access to the swimming pool only if they are accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years in swimwear.
  • Children without a swimming diploma should be kept within easy reach.
  • Children without a swimming diploma are obliged to wear armbands, a life vest or an Easyswim Pro floating suit.
  • The entry ticket for the swimming pool is valid once for the fixed opening hours on the day on which the ticket is purchased. The pool reception closes half an hour before the swimming pool closes.

Article 4         Hygiene and safety

  • One is required to shower before swimming.
  • Wearing shoes around the swimming pools is only permitted with the appropriate blue hygiëne slippers. You can borrow these for free at the reception.
  • The visitor must at all times ensure that the emergency exits remain free and are not blocked by chairs and / or other material.
  • Every visitor is expected to clean up his / her own materials and waste.
  • People who have a contagious disease and endanger the health of other visitors may not use the accommodation.
  • Visitors who suffer from a condition where the risk of sudden change in consciousness can occur, are strongly advised to report this in advance to one of our employees.
  • Babies and toddlers who are not potty trained are obliged to wear a special swimming diaper in the pool.
  • Buggies and prams are allowed in the pool area and in the changing rooms if they are clean.
  • Glassware is not allowed in and around the swimming paradise.
  • Dressing instructions: Wearing swimwear is mandatory (no jeans, T-shirt or other casual clothing).
  • Visitors and / or users of the swimming room should be dressed in correct swimwear. The pool staff are qualified to assess whether the swimwear meets the standards of good decency. If the swimwear in the opinion of the employee does not meet the standards of good decency, access to the swimming pool can be immediately denied.
  • Walking on the slides is not allowed. Special rules apply when using the slides. These are indicated on the spot at the entrance of the slide.
  • Throwing around hard objects in the swimming pool is not permitted.
  • Bringing fragile items into the accommodation is not permitted.

Article 5         Responsibility

  • The visitor and / or user enters the accommodation at their own risk and adheres to these house rules.
  • In the swimming pools with a water depth of less than 2.00 meters, diving of rims and floating objects is prohibited.
  • Fast running or running is not allowed due to the risk of falling.
  • The use of self-brought balls and floats such as rings, flexibeams and the like is permitted. However, additional rules apply to the slides. These are indicated on the spot. Hard balls are not allowed.

Article 6         Theft

  • The police always report theft and other offenses.
  • For storage of belongings, one can make use of lockers (deposit € 0.50). Coins are available at the cash register.

Article 7         Sunbed

  • To use the solarium, you must first report to the cashier or the bath staff.
  • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to use our sunbeds.
  • After using the sunbed, you should clean it with the appropriate cleaning agents.
  • You can borrow UV protection glasses at the reception.
  • There must be at least 48 hours between each tanning session.
  • Cosmetics must be carefully removed before using the sunbed. Use of normal UV protection agents is not permitted.
  • Do not undergo exposure to UV radiation while you are using medicines that increase sensitivity to UV radiation, such as antibiotics. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

Article 8         Sports hall

  • The tenant ensures that the room is left in a tidy and tidy state. Waste must be thrown into the appropriate bins.
  • The tenant prevents unnecessary pollution and ensures an orderly use of the gym.
  • The gym may not be entered by participants in activities before the management is present. The management may not leave the gym before all participants have left. The tenant supervises the entry of unauthorized people at the entrance.
  • The tenant ensures that the activities in the sports hall take place under qualified supervision. The use of gym equipment or aids is only allowed under the direction or supervision of people who are deemed competent for this according to their specific training, experience, skill and sense of responsibility.
  • The tenant remains responsible for injudicious and / or irresponsible use of the intended gym equipment or aids.
  • It is forbidden to bring animals in the sports hall, with the exception of guide dogs and / or assistance dogs.
  • Service and staff rooms are not accessible to the tenant.
  • Without the (written) permission of the owner, the tenant is forbidden:
    • a. to place and / or store own materials of any kind in the gym to beat;
    • b. remove materials or equipment from the gym or use them outside the gym;
    • c. to place advertising or other indications in the gym;
    • d. make changes to the sports hall or inventory.
    • e. the landlord is entitled everything that has been applied without permission,
    • f. placed, altered or removed at the expense of the tenant or to repair.
  • It is forbidden to possess and / or use alcohol or narcotics in the gym.
  • Glassware and food are not allowed in the sports hall and in changing rooms.
  • Spectators may only take place on the stands.
  • It is forbidden to enter the sportspaces with (sports) shoes that are worn outside or (sports) shoes with dirty soles. Entering the gym is only allowed with bare feet or with clean (sports) shoes with non-dispensing soles.
  • The tenant must at all times ensure that the emergency exits remain free and are not blocked by appliances or other materials, neither during nor after the use.
  • The tenant is allowed to use the inventory that is present in the gym and what is owned by the owner, insofar as necessary for the sporting activities by the tenant. The inventory may only be used in the sports area and for the purpose for which the inventory is intended.
    After use, the tenant must put the materials and appliances back in the designated place, leaving the appliance storage in an orderly and tidy condition.
  • It is not allowed to make knots in the climbing ropes, even if they are removed after the use.
  • It is not allowed to climb in the ropes of the climbing wall, or to climb on the climbing wall.
  • The tenant refrains from activities that can reasonably be expected to lead to damage to the building, the inventory and the material.
  • The tenant must prevent neighbors from experiencing nuisance / nuisance from the tenant’s activities.
  • Tenants / users who do not comply with the above-mentioned rules of conduct can be removed on behalf of the management without any further reason.
